Appointments

coffeediaryAll consultations are by appointment only - telephone reception to arrange one.

If you wish to see a particular doctor, please tell the receptionist this when you book. It may not be possible to consult a particular doctor of your choice when you require an urgent appointment.

We will always see urgent cases the same day. Each doctor has a few appointments every day which are reserved for this purpose. Please do not abuse these appointments. Remember that they are in place to make sure that you and your children can be seen without delay when necessary.

Cancellations

Please notify us as soon as possible if you cannot keep your appointment, which can then be offered to someone else.

Telephone advice

Some problems can be sorted out on the telephone. If you wish to talk to the doctor, leave your telephone number with the receptionist with a brief outline of the problem. The receptionist will give you a time when the doctor will call you back. Please keep your telephone free at the time of your telephone consultation as the doctor will have other patients to call as well as you.
