OBTAIN
REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS ?
You may take medication regularly
or from time to time, which your doctor is happy for you to have on
a repeat prescription basis, in other words without the need for you
to see the doctor each time you require further supplies.
To order a repeat 'script':
1. Bring your request slip
into surgery and tick the items required
or
2. Post it to the surgery
with a stamped self-addressed envelope.
PLEASE ALLOW 48 HOURS' NOTICE
Please do not telephone
for repeat prescriptions - it blocks the telephone lines.

chemists can be obtained from local newspapers or the police station.
